Nursing Officer – Ambulance Services (Full‑Time)

About the role

Medlogistics Ltd is expanding its ambulance and emergency medical services and seeks a full‑time Nursing Officer to deliver high‑quality pre‑hospital care, inter‑facility transfers and medical escort missions across Mauritius.

Key responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care to patients during ambulance transports and emergency responses.
• Collaborate with emergency medical teams to assess, stabilise and monitor patients on scene and en route.
• Conduct clinical documentation and ensure compliance with patient safety standards.
• Participate in specialised medical escort missions and critical care transfers.
• Maintain equipment, supplies and medication inventories in the ambulance fleet.

Required profile

• Registered with the Nursing Council of Mauritius and holding a valid practising licence.
• 2–3 years of post‑registration clinical experience.
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• Ability to work rotating shifts, including nights, weekends and public holidays.
• Professional, compassionate and patient‑centred attitude.

Required skills

• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification (desirable).
