Outdoor Salesperson – Face-to-Face Fundraiser

About the role

Join Greenpeace’s field team as an Outdoor Salesperson, engaging the public in busy locations to raise awareness of environmental issues and recruit new supporters. This hands‑on role combines direct outreach with fundraising targets, offering a purpose‑driven way to make a tangible impact.

Key responsibilities

• Approach members of the public for face‑to‑face conversations.
• Clearly explain Greenpeace’s mission and current campaigns.
• Recruit new regular donors in an ethical, professional manner.
• Meet daily and weekly fundraising targets.
• Represent the organisation positively at all times.
• Collaborate with a dynamic, results‑driven team.

Required profile

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Confidence when approaching and speaking to the public.
• Positive attitude, resilience, and passion for environmental and social causes.
• Ability to work outdoors and stand for long periods.
• Sales, marketing, or fundraising experience is an advantage but not required (training provided).
