Partner Development Manager

About the role
SoftwareOne is looking for a Partner Development Manager to build and scale a high‑performing partner ecosystem that drives real business impact. You will be responsible for establishing, recruiting, and developing a diverse set of partners across the assigned territory, ensuring they adopt SoftwareOne solutions and generate revenue.
Key responsibilities
- Build, recruit, and develop a high‑quality partner ecosystem to support channel growth.
- Manage partner performance through outreach, business planning, onboarding, and ongoing enablement, collaborating with Cloud and internal teams.
- Drive partner adoption of SoftwareOne offerings and create scalable, value‑driven experiences that generate revenue and profit.
- Collaborate cross‑functionally with Channel, Marketing, and Sales teams to execute strategy, run campaigns, and align on regional goals.
- Leverage market insight and performance data to distribute leads, support decision‑making, and identify opportunities, risks, and growth areas.
Required profile
- Proven experience in the IT industry with strong partner management background.
- Excellent relationship‑building, verbal and written communication, and problem‑solving skills.
- Good understanding of software licensing and cloud offerings.
- Basic knowledge of cloud technologies, modern workplace trends, cloud operating models, and cloud economics.
- Fluent business‑level French and English (C‑level); additional languages are a plus.
