About the role
Vallé Advenature™️ Park is seeking a dynamic and organised Payroll & HR Officer to manage payroll and human resources functions for its team in Chamouny, Mauritius. The role focuses on expatriate payroll, compliance, and employee relations in a full‑time, on‑site environment.
Key responsibilities
- Assist in payroll preparation and processing, including expatriate payroll.
- Manage attendance, leave, and employee records.
- Support recruitment, onboarding, and general HR administration.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and labour regulations.
- Prepare HR reports, letters, and other documentation.
- Update and maintain HR policies and contribute to job description development.
Required profile
- Diploma or degree in Human Resources, Management, or a related field.
- Experience in HR and payroll operations (preferred).
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office and HR systems.
- Strong organisational and communication skills.
- Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines and handle confidential information professionally.
