Payroll Senior Analyst

About the role

Accenture is seeking a Payroll Senior Analyst to ensure accurate and timely payroll processing for its global workforce. The role involves maintaining payroll systems, validating data, and acting as a key point of contact for employee payroll inquiries.

Key responsibilities

• Update and maintain the payroll system to keep employee payroll data complete and accurate.
• Validate input and output source data for payroll runs.
• Communicate clearly and escalates issues to ensure on‑time payroll delivery.
• Liaise with stakeholders to resolve discrepancies and provide clarifications.
• Adhere to Accenture’s Risk & Compliance procedures.
• Prepare payroll reports promptly after each payroll cycle.
• Answer employee questions related to payroll and investigate/resolve payroll discrepancies.

Required profile

• In‑depth knowledge of payroll processes and regulations.
• Degree in Accounting or Finance.
• Ability to handle sensitive data with integrity and confidentiality.
• Strong attention to detail, rigorous work ethic, and ability to meet deadlines.
• Excellent communication skills in both French and English.
• Comfortable working independently in a multicultural environment.

Required skills

• Advanced Microsoft Excel proficiency.
