About the role
Dayforce is seeking a Payroll Technician Specialist III to manage end‑to‑end payroll processing for assigned clients. The role ensures accurate, timely payroll execution, audits outputs, and supports the payroll team in a fast‑paced, global environment.
Key responsibilities
- Process, reconcile, audit and transmit payroll cycles for assigned clients.
- Validate import and export files, resolve failed imports, and generate HR export files.
- Provide training to new hires and support to the payroll team, including feedback on delivery.
- Maintain quality control, monitor KPIs, and drive continuous improvement of payroll processes.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional partners and technical support to resolve client payroll inquiries.
- Document incidents, update knowledge base, and ensure high customer satisfaction.
Required profile
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
- Ability to manage workload distribution between processing and team support.
- Attention to detail with a focus on accuracy and compliance.
- Effective communication skills for client and internal interactions.

- Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools.
- Microsoft SharePoint for documentation and status tracking.
