People & Culture Coordinator

About the role

The People & Culture Coordinator provides essential system and clerical support to the People & Culture Department at Four Seasons Resort Mauritius. This role ensures smooth day‑to‑day operations, handles employee, applicant and vendor inquiries, and contributes to a world‑class employee experience.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver system and clerical assistance to the People & Culture team, responding to inquiries promptly and courteously.
• Execute tasks assigned by supervisors or managers while maintaining high standards of accuracy and confidentiality.
• Maintain confidentiality of employee information, including personal details and medical issues.
• Attend all scheduled training sessions and actively participate in briefings and meetings.
• Uphold the hotel’s code of conduct, grooming and hygiene standards, and promote a safe, clean work environment.
• Assist colleagues during peak periods and act as a hands‑on team player.
