Player Protection Executive

About the role

The Player Protection Executive is the first line of defence for Rank Interactive’s digital gambling business. You will use analytical skills and open‑source tools to safeguard customers, ensure compliance with the Proceeds of Crime Act and support safer‑gambling initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Support the Player Protection Manager with safer‑gambling, verification checks and anti‑money‑laundering activities.
• Analyse individual customer activity using open‑source data, transaction and gameplay analysis to identify risk.
• Identify customers with potential problem‑gambling issues or illicit funding and recommend appropriate actions.
• Prepare high‑quality reports for stakeholders and keep up to date with gambling legislation.

Required profile

• Excellent oral and written communication skills with a customer‑focused attitude.
• Ability to conduct risk assessments and hold difficult conversations with customers.
• Attention to detail and capacity to quickly review and assess information.
• Self‑motivated, precise and able to work independently or within a virtual team.

Required skills

• Strong analytical abilities and experience using open‑source research techniques.
• Understanding of UKGC licensing terms and safer‑gambling principles.
• Computer literacy and proficiency with standard office software.
