Product Consultant / ICT Sales Engineer

About the role

Rey & Lenferna Technologies is seeking a motivated Product Consultant / Sales Engineer to bridge technical expertise and commercial acumen. You will act as the primary advisor for clients looking for tailored ICT, Audio‑Visual, IoT and Networking solutions, guiding them through the entire sales cycle from prospecting to post‑sale support.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse client requirements and provide expert advice on ICT, AV, IoT and Networking product specifications.
• Develop and present customised proposals that clearly communicate value.
• Identify, engage and grow a strong client portfolio to drive business development.
• Build and maintain lasting client relationships through responsive service.
• Collaborate with Sales, Engineering and Service teams to design optimal solutions.
• Conduct site surveys and collect as‑built information for technical planning.
• Negotiate and close deals, consistently meeting or exceeding targets.
• Stay current on industry trends, product innovations and competitive landscape.
• Provide post‑sale support to ensure high client satisfaction and loyalty.

Required profile

• Diploma or degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Telecommunications, Networking, Audio‑Visual or equivalent.
• Proven track record in technical sales with solid knowledge of ICT, AV, IoT or Networking solutions.
• Strong analytical ability to assess and translate client needs into technical solutions.
• Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills.
• Collaborative mindset and ability to work across multidisciplinary teams.
• Self‑driven, results‑oriented and comfortable in a fast‑paced commercial environment.
• Valid private‑car driving licence.
