Project Associate – Facilities Management (Supervisory)

About the role

We are seeking a proactive Project Associate to lead and supervise maintenance activities across our client’s premises and related sites. The role combines technical oversight of MEP systems with project‑management responsibilities to ensure facilities remain safe, functional, and cost‑effective.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise office renovations, refurbishments and ongoing property maintenance projects.
• Plan and schedule resources and teams to meet departmental objectives.
• Develop, review and implement preventive maintenance plans for Mechanical, Electrical & Plumbing (MEP) systems.
• Track project expenses, assist in preparing the annual maintenance budget and monitor cost control.
• Ensure all maintenance and repair work complies with health and safety regulations.
• Manage custody, usage and inventory of tools and equipment.
• Maintain accurate records for standby generators, UPS, air‑conditioning units, water pumps, firefighting and fire‑alarm systems.

Required profile

• Degree or Diploma in Engineering, Facilities Management, Logistics or a related technical field.
• Minimum 4 years of experience in a similar maintenance or facilities role.
• Strong understanding of project management and site‑work supervision.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Result‑oriented, proactive and able to meet tight deadlines.
• Willingness to work overtime when required.
• Valid clean driving licence.
