Project Coordinator

About the role

Lavastone Properties is looking for a proactive Project Coordinator to support the planning, execution, and delivery of property‑related projects across multiple sites. You will act as a central point of contact, ensuring that projects stay on schedule, within budget, and meet quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate and monitor project execution across several locations, maintaining up‑to‑date trackers and progress reports.
• Follow up with contractors and service providers on deliverables, timelines, and compliance requirements.
• Assist in budget tracking, CAPEX monitoring, and reporting of cost variances.
• Maintain organized documentation, including drawings, BOQs, O&M manuals, and project closure files.
• Prepare RFQs, manage purchase orders, and liaise with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of goods and services.
• Identify potential risks, support mitigation measures, and ensure adherence to quality standards.
• Provide regular updates to internal teams and stakeholders, highlighting challenges and key metrics.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
• 3‑4 years of experience in project coordination within facilities, construction, or real‑estate environments.
• Strong organizational and time‑management abilities with keen attention to detail.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Experience with Microsoft Project or similar project‑tracking software.
• Solid knowledge of project management processes and documentation control.
