Project Management Analyst (m/f/d)

About the role

As a Project Management Analyst within Allianz Services' PMO-as-a-Service offering, you will support global teams across a variety of project types, including IT transformation, regulatory, business, insurance, operational excellence, and finance initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Support project tracking for scope, timeline, cost, and risks.
• Produce reports, status updates, and project artefacts ensuring data accuracy.
• Assist governance activities, stakeholder communication, and follow‑ups.
• Contribute to problem‑solving and propose resolution ideas.
• Apply project management methods under supervision.
• Conduct research and summarise insights for decision‑making.
• Utilise collaboration tools such as MS Teams and SharePoint.
• Execute assigned tasks on time and build understanding of project context.

Required profile

• Degree in Technology, IT, Project Management, Business Administration or related field.
• Minimum 1 year experience in project management or consulting.
• Familiarity with project steering, governance, and both Agile and classical methodologies.
• Understanding of project lifecycle and delivery phases.
• Openness to diverse project types (IT, regulatory, business, insurance, finance, etc.).

Required skills

• Proficiency with MS PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams and SharePoint.
• Experience using reporting tools, processes and templates.
• Ability to interpret data and derive insights for decision‑making.
• Structured problem‑solving approach.
