Project Manager – Catalogue Publishing

About the role

Collide, part of the Propelis Group, is looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead catalogue and related publishing projects from brief to delivery. You will act as the main point of contact for clients, coordinating internal studio, design, artwork, copy and quality‑control teams to ensure high‑quality, on‑time results in a fast‑paced creative environment.

Key responsibilities

• Independently manage catalogue and publishing projects, defining scope, timelines and deliverables.
• Serve as the day‑to‑day operational liaison for clients on assigned projects.
• Coordinate studio, design, artwork, copy and quality‑control teams to meet deadlines and quality standards.
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules and trackers for multiple concurrent projects.
• Facilitate internal briefings, kick‑off meetings and regular status check‑ins.
• Oversee quality checkpoints and final approval loops, ensuring client feedback is incorporated.
• Maintain accurate project documentation, status reports, change records and approval logs.
• Identify and manage project risks, escalating issues when necessary.

Required profile

• 2–4 years of experience in project management, catalogue production, publishing or a related creative production environment.
• Proven ability to deliver multiple projects independently.
• Strong client communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Good understanding of catalogue, publishing, artwork, DTP or digital production workflows.
• Ability to manage priorities, dependencies and changes calmly.
• Professional proficiency in French and English, both written and spoken.
