PSP Reconciliation Officer

About the role

HFM, an internationally acclaimed multi-asset broker, is looking for a PSP Reconciliation Officer to join its team. The role centres on maintaining bank and payment service provider reconciliations and supporting accurate recording of transactions.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain bank and payment service provider reconciliation on a monthly basis.
• Report daily balances of the company and highlight exposures on time.
• Post all transactions into the system in a timely and accurate manner.
• Process payments to suppliers and service providers.
• Cross-check invoices with payments and expenses to ensure accuracy.
• Liaise with the external auditor to ensure a clean and timely year-end audit.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the accountant.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Management, Finance, Accounting or equivalent.
• 2+ years of experience in a similar role.
• Fluent in English, oral and written.
• Sensitive to numbers and accounting policies; good team player who can work independently and under pressure.
• Fast learner, able to meet tight deadlines, with excellent time management and focus on results.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Good presentation skills.
