Real Estate Consultant – Full Time

About the role

KI'IMMO is hiring a full-time, office-based Real Estate Consultant in Riviere Noire on the West Coast of Mauritius. The role is open to candidates who want to build their own name and client network while becoming part of the agency's growth. The salary is either salary-based or commission-based, with one day of work-from-home flexibility each week.

Key responsibilities

• Develop new client and property relationships
• Manage buyers, sellers, investors and landlords
• Carry out property viewings and negotiations
• Build and manage your own portfolio
• Present properties to clients
• Take part in professional photo and video shoots and appear in property presentations and social media content
• Contribute ideas to help shape the future of the agency

Required profile

• At least some experience in real estate or a sales-related position
• Confident, charismatic and comfortable speaking in front of a camera
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Proactive, entrepreneurial mindset and willingness to learn
• Resides in the West area; driving licence and personal laptop required
