About the role

We are seeking a Retail Point of Contact to be the front‑line ambassador for our client’s store. In this role you will engage directly with shoppers, guide product selection, and ensure a seamless in‑store experience that drives satisfaction and sales.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the first point of contact for all customer interactions within the store.
• Assist customers in product selection and provide guidance on usage.
• Handle queries, complaints, and feedback professionally and promptly.
• Maintain a high standard of in‑store experience at all times.
• Support the team in achieving daily and monthly sales targets.
• Promote ongoing offers, campaigns, and upselling opportunities.
• Monitor daily operations and report any issues to management.
• Assist in implementing company policies and procedures.
• Maintain daily sales and customer interaction reports.
