Rooms Housekeeper (M/W)

About the role

Join Club Med Resorts as a Rooms Housekeeper and help create a welcoming, comfortable environment for guests across our worldwide portfolio. You will work in a multicultural team, using modern equipment to maintain high‑standard guest rooms in a dynamic resort setting.

Key responsibilities

• Clean and disinfect guest rooms, including sanitary facilities, floors, carpets, furniture and windows.
• Change sheets, remake beds and replace bathroom linen according to Club Med standards.
• Check and replenish the household/linen cart with required items.
• Restock rooms with toiletries such as soap and shampoo.
• Identify and report any malfunctions or damage to furnishings and equipment to reception and technical departments.
• Ensure all work complies with Club Med’s quality, health and safety rules.

• Discreet, organized and attentive to guests’ needs.
• Meticulous with a strong sense of service and an eye for detail.
• Ability to work in a multicultural environment and adapt to varying guest expectations.
