Rooms Housekeeper (M/W) – Resort Hospitality

About the role

Club Med Resorts is looking for a motivated Rooms Housekeeper (M/W) to join its hospitality team in Mauritius or other resort locations. You will play a key part in delivering a high‑standard, personalized experience for guests staying in rooms that accommodate 600 to 1500 guests.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and clean guest rooms, including floors, carpets, furniture, windows and sanitary facilities.
• Check and replenish household/linen carts, replace sheets, remake beds and refresh bathroom linen.
• Restock rooms with toiletries such as soap and shampoo.
• Identify, report and follow up on any malfunctions or damage to room furnishings and equipment.
• Ensure all cleaning work meets Club Med’s quality, health and safety standards.

• Ability to work in a multicultural environment and collaborate with diverse teams.
