Sales Account Manager

About the role

EC Markets, a globally regulated Forex & CFD broker, is expanding its presence in India and Africa. We are looking for a dynamic Sales Account Manager to promote our products, deliver high‑level client service, and contribute to our growth objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Actively promote EC Markets’ products and provide comprehensive client support via phone and online channels.
• Handle client inquiries, problems, and complaints while ensuring timely follow‑ups.
• Monitor individual and team performance to meet or exceed KPIs and sales targets.
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships, converting prospects into active traders.
• Oversee day‑to‑day activities of Sales, Support, and Marketing teams to optimise processes.
• Stay updated on financial market trends and communicate relevant updates to clients.
• Ensure compliance with company policies when processing client documentation.
• Identify and act on up‑selling and cross‑selling opportunities.

Required profile

• 1‑2 years of experience as a Sales or Account Manager in the financial services industry.
• University or college degree, or a professional qualification related to finance.

Required skills

• Knowledge of CFDs, equities and cryptocurrency markets.
• Proficiency in English and French (written and verbal).
• Computer literacy and ability to use trading platforms.
