Sales Coordinator

About the role

Reneworld, a leading solar energy company in Mauritius, is seeking a proactive Sales Coordinator to support the sales team and ensure a seamless customer journey from lead acquisition to project completion.

Key responsibilities

• Manage incoming leads and track their progress through the sales pipeline.
• Coordinate schedules and appointments for sales representatives.
• Maintain all client documentation and handle regulatory submissions.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients throughout their project lifecycle.
• Assist the sales team in meeting targets and delivering high-quality customer service.

Required profile

• Highly organised, detail-oriented and proactive.
• Strong communication skills with both clients and internal colleagues.
• Experience in sales support, coordination or client administration is preferred.
• Ownership mindset and ability to work independently.
