Sales Officer – HORECA sector

About the role

Innodis Ltd is seeking a dynamic Sales Officer to expand its presence in the HORECA (Hotel, Restaurant, Café) market. You will join the Commercial Division and be responsible for driving sales growth across assigned territories.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and grow sales within assigned HORECA accounts and territories.
• Identify, approach, and onboard new customers such as hotels, restaurants, cafés, catering firms, and institutions.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with owners, procurement managers, chefs, and F&B managers.
• Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs.
• Negotiate product listings, pricing, promotions, and merchandising opportunities.
• Ensure optimal product visibility, availability, and brand presence.
• Monitor competitor activities, market trends, and customer requirements.
• Prepare and submit sales reports, forecasts, and market intelligence.
• Manage timely collections and effective account administration.

Required profile

• Degree in Sales & Marketing, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 2–3 years of sales experience, preferably in FMCG.
• Experience in the HORECA channel is a strong advantage.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship‑building abilities.
• Self‑motivated, target‑oriented, and capable of working independently.
