Sales Representative

About the role

The Sales Representative will drive business growth for Repair2Care Mauritius by building and maintaining relationships with existing and prospective customers. This role focuses on promoting premium automotive cosmetic repair services, ensuring high customer satisfaction, and acting as the liaison between clients and internal workshop teams.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, develop, and convert new business opportunities in the automotive sector.
• Promote Repair2Care’s services—including wheel restoration, dent removal, detailing, and ceramic protection—to existing and potential clients.
• Prepare and present quotations, commercial proposals, and follow up to secure sales.
• Achieve monthly and yearly sales targets set by management.
• Build and maintain strong professional relationships with customers, serving as their main point of contact.
• Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate services, ensuring ongoing satisfaction.
• Coordinate closely with workshop and operations teams to align customer commitments with workshop capacity.
• Communicate job progress, delays, or changes to customers and ensure a smooth experience.
• Maintain accurate records of visits, leads, quotations, and sales activities, and produce regular performance reports.

Required profile

• Proven experience in sales and business development, preferably within automotive services.
• Strong communication and relationship‑building skills.
• Ability to understand customer requirements and match them with service offerings.
• Detail‑oriented with good organizational and reporting abilities.
