Sales Representative - Marine

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Sales Representative to promote marine products and after‑sales services. You will work directly with customers, both existing and prospective, ensuring high‑standard service and achieving sales targets.

Key responsibilities

• Sell marine products and related after‑sales services.
• Achieve and exceed defined sales targets.
• Provide high‑quality service to existing and potential customers.
• Assist with product display, pricing, and labeling in the showroom.
• Coordinate with the marine workshop and spare‑parts department as needed.
• Maintain and update customer databases and follow up on sales opportunities using SAP Business One.
• Stay informed on product developments and share insights with the team.
• Participate in business unit events on weekdays and weekends.
• Deliver technical training or assistance to wholesalers and corporate users when required.
• Conduct regular inventory checks and handle all related administrative tasks.
• Prepare and submit sales reports to management.

Required profile

• HSC or equivalent qualification.
• Certificate in Sales or Marketing.
• Minimum 3 years of retail sales experience, preferably in a similar role.
• Customer‑focused, pleasant and outgoing personality.
• Excellent communication skills in English and French.
• Willingness to work odd hours when required.
