Salesperson & Kitchen Designer

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Salesperson who will also act as a Kitchen Designer to help customers bring their dream kitchens to life. Based in our Bagatelle showroom, you will guide clients from the initial consultation through to project completion, ensuring a seamless and inspiring experience.

Key responsibilities

• Design and present customized kitchen solutions using layout tools.
• Generate sales opportunities with both retail (B2C) and corporate (B2B) clients.
• Prepare quotations and detailed kitchen layouts, and follow up on enquiries.
• Coordinate projects with suppliers, installers and internal teams to ensure timely delivery.
• Deliver outstanding customer service throughout the sales journey.
• Promote the Cuisine Habitat brand and maintain an exceptional showroom experience.
• Prepare sales reports and contribute to achieving sales targets.

Required profile

• Strong sales and negotiation abilities.
• Knowledge of kitchen design; experience with 3‑D design software is a plus (training provided).
• Proficiency in MS Office and other digital tools.
• Excellent communication in English and French; Creole is an advantage.
• Customer‑focused with strong interpersonal, planning and problem‑solving skills.
• Detail‑oriented and able to manage multiple priorities.
