Security Officer

About the role

The Security Officer will safeguard guests, residents, and staff at Four Seasons Resort Mauritius, ensuring a safe and secure environment across the property’s interior and exterior areas.

Key responsibilities

• Patrol the resort’s grounds, villas, pool areas, and public spaces to deter and detect security incidents.
• Respond promptly to alarms, disturbances, or emergencies and coordinate with local authorities when required.
• Document accidents, incidents, and suspicious activities in detailed reports for insurance and liability purposes.
• Enforce all security policies, procedures, and safety protocols established by the resort.
• Assist hotel staff in handling unusual guest or employee situations, including disorderly conduct, theft, fire hazards, or other threats.
• Support preventive safety programs and contribute to continuous improvement of security measures.

Required profile

• Strong observational skills and ability to remain calm under pressure.
• Excellent written communication for accurate incident reporting.
