Senior Application Developer – C#, Python, React, Azure

About the role

Dayforce is seeking a Senior Application Developer to join its Innovation Solutions team. The role focuses on full‑stack development using C#, Python, React and Azure DevOps to deliver scalable enterprise applications that improve support processes.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze, design, prototype, develop, test, support, and oversee the complete software development lifecycle.
• Collaborate with clients, prospects, implementation partners and internal teams to define and deliver required functionality.
• Lead the creation and enhancement of a scalable enterprise application on Azure.
• Evaluate risks of new features, propose mitigation strategies, and negotiate trade‑offs.
• Break down feature requests into development tasks, provide estimates, and manage timelines.
• Mentor junior developers and contribute to innovative solutions.

Required profile

• At least 5 years of professional software development experience.
• Strong expertise in C# and Python, with an understanding of AI capabilities.
• Experience leading development or major feature enhancements of enterprise applications.
• Proven ability to work in agile environments and communicate effectively with cross‑functional teams.
• Experience with software testing, quality assurance and version control (GitHub).
