Senior Client Executive

About the role

The Senior Client Executive is responsible for delivering high‑quality service to corporate clients, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory standards, and managing the full spectrum of company secretarial duties.

Key responsibilities

• Provide timely, precise service delivery and respond to client queries with a high standard of service.
• Ensure compliance with anti‑money‑laundering procedures and conduct full client due‑diligence reviews.
• Perform corporate secretarial functions, including drafting minutes, resolutions, and board documents.
• Attend board and client meetings, instruct payments, and manage statutory filings and returns.
• Oversee incorporation of client entities and liaise with bankers, auditors, lawyers, and regulatory bodies.
• Maintain complete client files (physical and digital) and ensure accurate timesheet entries.
• Coordinate invoicing processes and ensure portfolio compliance with applicable legal frameworks.
• Train, guide, and coach junior team members on technical aspects of the role.

Required profile

• Degree in Law and Management or a professional qualification such as ACCA, ICSA, or STEP.
• Minimum 4 years of corporate administration experience, or 2 years in a senior corporate administrator role within a management company.

Required skills

• Advanced company secretarial skills, including drafting complex resolutions and minutes.
• Strong knowledge of legal and regulatory frameworks, including AML procedures.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with high attention to detail.
