Senior Corporate Officer

About the role

We are seeking a proactive Senior Corporate Officer to join our Compliance & Administration team in Mauritius. The role involves supporting the administration and regulatory compliance of our Mauritius and DIFC entities while collaborating with internal teams and external stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in administrative and regulatory compliance management for Mauritius and DIFC entities.
• Conduct compliance file reviews and follow up on due‑diligence requirements.
• Review due‑diligence documents for onboarding third parties.
• Support drafting and review of contracts such as NDAs, advisory and loan agreements.
• Prepare directors’ and shareholders’ resolutions and coordinate signatures.
• Maintain accurate corporate and compliance records.
• Liaise with the management company and other stakeholders on regulatory matters.
• Attend board and committee meetings, prepare minutes and track follow‑ups.
• Coordinate responses to regulatory surveys and information requests.

Required profile

• Undergraduate degree in Management, Law, or a related field.
• 4‑5 years of experience in corporate administration or compliance within the financial services sector.
• Strong knowledge of Mauritian legal and regulatory frameworks, including AML/CFT.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines while delivering high‑quality output.
• Excellent organisational and communication skills.
