Senior Executive - Commercial

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Executive to join our Commercial team and support data‑driven decision‑making across the business. You will work closely with the Manager – Commercial, Client Service Directors and senior stakeholders to drive revenue growth, monitor performance and improve profitability.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor and analyse commercial metrics such as WIP vs billing, revenue performance, sales conversions, write‑offs, utilisation and forecasting.
• Gather, validate and consolidate commercial data, maintain dashboards and ensure accurate updates in OneView.
• Prepare management reports, budgets, performance reviews, variance analyses and commercial presentations.
• Conduct business and market analysis, including profitability reviews, competitor research and pipeline tracking.
• Support business development by assisting with client proposals, coordinating meetings and tracking opportunities.

Required profile

• Strong analytical mindset with experience in commercial data analysis.
• Ability to work with senior stakeholders and translate data into actionable insights.
• Proven track record of supporting revenue growth and performance reporting.
