Senior Executive - Commercial

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Executive to join our Commercial team within a global Investor Services group. In this role you will support commercial decision‑making by analysing data, reporting performance, and delivering actionable business insights to senior stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor and analyse commercial metrics such as WIP vs. billing, revenue performance, sales conversions, write‑offs, utilisation and forecasting.
• Gather, validate and consolidate commercial data with Client Service Directors, maintain dashboards and ensure accurate updates in the OneView system.
• Prepare management reports, budgets, performance reviews, variance analyses and commercial presentations for leadership.
• Conduct profitability reviews, competitor research, revenue trend analysis and pipeline tracking to inform growth strategies.
• Support business development by assisting with client proposals, coordinating meetings, tracking opportunities and contributing to continuous‑improvement projects.

Required profile

• Proven experience in commercial analysis, performance reporting or a similar finance‑focused role.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into clear business recommendations.
• Excellent communication skills to interact with senior stakeholders and cross‑functional teams.
• Detail‑oriented and capable of managing multiple reporting cycles simultaneously.
