Senior Executive – Corporate Secretarial

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Executive to lead our Company Secretarial team. You will own complex corporate governance matters, ensure high‑quality service delivery, and act as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders across our global investor services business.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate board and committee meetings, prepare board packs, draft minutes and ensure compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements.
• Manage complex corporate secretarial transactions such as refinancing, constitutional amendments, share issuances, distributions and other structural deals.
• Maintain AML/CFT compliance frameworks, review and approve corporate documentation, and oversee statutory and regulatory filings.
• Build and nurture relationships with board members, regulators and external advisors while providing technical guidance and coaching to junior team members.
• Oversee the full entity lifecycle—including onboarding, migrations and closures—and manage billing processes and fee‑related issues.

Required profile

• Proven senior‑level experience in corporate secretarial, governance and regulatory compliance.
• Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence board members and regulators.
• Demonstrated ability to coach and develop junior staff.
• Track record of driving process improvements and enhancing client experience.
