Senior Incident Management Analyst

About the role

The Global Incident Management (GIM) team at Allianz Services seeks a Senior Analyst to lead initial incident assessment, stakeholder notification, and end‑to‑end incident handling. You will work 24/7 in a fast‑paced environment, ensuring that security events affecting Allianz personnel, assets, and operations worldwide are managed efficiently and closed in line with regulatory and internal standards.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor global risk signals around the clock and triage alerts using defined severity thresholds.
• Perform initial incident assessments, draft concise advisory notes, and notify relevant stakeholders and leadership.
• Coordinate incident ownership, route critical information to expert functions, and drive incidents to closure.
• Collaborate with cross‑cultural and virtual teams to resolve incidents and support proactive threat intelligence.
• Maintain accurate documentation in case/ticketing systems and produce regular reporting.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Cybersecurity, Data Analytics, Computer Science, Risk Management or a related field.
• At least 1 year of experience in security monitoring, incident management or crisis coordination.
• Strong written and verbal communication in English and French; additional languages are a plus.
• Ability to work rotating 24/7 shifts, including nights, weekends and public holidays.
• Calm under pressure, decisive, structured and customer‑focused.

Required skills

• Experience with monitoring platforms such as Dataminr and Everbridge.
• Proficiency in case/ticketing tools, specifically ServiceNow.
• Basic data and reporting skills using Excel and Power BI.
• Familiarity with NIS2, DORA and ITIL frameworks is beneficial.
