Senior Investor Reporting Associate

About the role

Apex Group is seeking a Senior Investor Reporting Associate to lead AML/KYC due diligence for a diverse investor base. You will work across global jurisdictions, ensuring compliance standards are met while supporting senior management with insightful reporting.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct high‑level AML/KYC reviews for individual and entity investors.
• Prepare AML/KYC progress reports and investor‑related reports for board consideration.
• Liaise with counterparts in multiple jurisdictions to coordinate compliance activities.
• Supervise, train, and mentor junior team members to meet departmental deliverables.
• Assist and monitor AML/KYC remediation projects and stay updated on global regulatory changes.

Required profile

• University degree in law, business (MBA) or equivalent, or professional qualification such as ICSA or CAMS.
• 3‑5 years of experience in AML/KYC operations or compliance, preferably with exposure to global jurisdictions.
• Strong verbal and written communication, problem‑solving, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks, meet tight deadlines, and adapt to changing priorities.

Required skills

• In‑depth knowledge of AML/KYC regulations across jurisdictions.
• Experience preparing compliance reports and conducting due‑diligence reviews.
