Senior R2R Specialist

About the role

We are seeking a detail‑oriented Senior R2R Specialist to join our accounting team at Customs Support Group. The role involves performing and coordinating accounting duties while supporting month‑end close, forecasting and statutory reporting.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare monthly management accounts, including P&L, balance sheet and variance analysis.
• Maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts and ensure accurate month‑end close.
• Assist with monthly forecasts, annual budgets and ad‑hoc financial analysis.
• Support the production of statutory accounts and manage external auditor requirements.
• Produce supplementary KPIs and analyse historical trends to improve forecast accuracy.

Required profile

• Qualified or part‑qualified accountant (ACCA, CIMA, ACA or equivalent).
• Proven experience in management accounting or a similar finance role.
• Strong Excel skills and experience with ERP systems (Microsoft Dynamics preferred).
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced, deadline‑driven environment with minimal supervision.
• Advanced English proficiency (minimum B2 level).
