Senior Software Developer – Full Stack (.NET / React)

About the role

We are seeking a highly motivated Senior Software Developer with strong full‑stack expertise to join our on‑site team in Port Louis. You will design, develop, and maintain enterprise‑grade web applications using modern Microsoft and front‑end technologies while collaborating directly with clients and stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and maintain scalable full‑stack web applications using .NET/C# and React.
• Develop RESTful APIs and integrate backend services with front‑end applications.
• Participate in architecture, technical design, and solution discussions.
• Gather and analyse business requirements with clients and stakeholders.
• Prepare technical specifications, solution documents, workflow diagrams, and project documentation.
• Collaborate with project managers, business analysts, QA teams, and other developers throughout the software development lifecycle.
• Troubleshoot, debug, optimise, and enhance existing systems.
• Ensure coding standards, security practices, and development best practices are followed.
• Support deployment activities and resolve production issues when required.
• Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and mentor junior developers.

Required profile

• Minimum 5+ years of professional software development experience.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Comfortable interacting directly with clients for requirement gathering, workshops, and technical discussions.
