Senior Solutions Architect

About the role

The Senior Solutions Architect will design, deliver, and support end‑to‑end enterprise network and cybersecurity solutions for our customers. You will act as a trusted technical advisor throughout the solution lifecycle, from initial design through post‑sales support.

Key responsibilities

• Design, architect, and implement enterprise networking, cybersecurity, and infrastructure solutions that meet customer requirements.
• Prepare Bills of Materials, detailed solution designs, and technical proposals.
• Lead or support RFP, RFQ, and customer engagement activities.
• Configure, test, commission solutions and produce comprehensive documentation and knowledge‑transfer materials.
• Provide post‑sales technical support, incident management, troubleshooting, root‑cause analysis, and resolution.
• Develop and maintain strong customer relationships, acting as a technical advisor.
• Collaborate with Sales and Marketing to support business development, solution positioning, and customer presentations.
• Contribute to continuous improvement, knowledge sharing, and process optimisation.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in IT, Engineering, Computer Science or a related field.
• CCNP certification or equivalent professional networking certification.
• Minimum five years of experience in enterprise networking and security solutions.
• Hands‑on experience with leading technologies such as Cisco, Fortinet, Sophos, and/or Palo Alto Networks.
• Proven experience across pre‑sales consulting, solution implementation, and post‑sales support.
• Valid driving licence.
