Senior Specialist, Data Analytics

About the role

Checkout.com is seeking a Senior Specialist in Data Analytics to join its Incentives & Commercial Reporting team in Ebene, Mauritius. You will be the analytical backbone of commercial performance, ensuring global sales teams are incentivized correctly and revenue insights are accurate.

Key responsibilities

• Calculate, audit and administer commercial compensation and bonus plans, guaranteeing accurate and timely payouts.
• Maintain the commercial reporting cadence by extracting, cleaning and visualising raw data to provide a clear view of business performance.
• Build and maintain dashboards using BigQuery, Looker and advanced Google Sheets as the single source of truth.
• Identify manual bottlenecks in reporting workflows and design automated, scalable solutions.
• Partner with the Revenue Operations team and commercial leaders to translate complex datasets into actionable insights.

Required profile

• 4‑6 years of experience in data analytics, revenue or sales operations, or finance.
• Strong analytical mindset with a detail‑oriented approach to problem solving.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate across global teams.
