About the role
We are looking for a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner to join our Talent Acquisition team. You will own the end‑to‑end recruitment process, primarily supporting high‑volume hiring for finance, fund administration and buy‑side financial services functions.
Key responsibilities
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from job posting to offer acceptance.
- Create, update and upload job descriptions on internal systems and external job boards.
- Develop and execute direct sourcing and attraction strategies to build talent pipelines.
- Screen resumes, assess candidates’ knowledge, skills and experience, and coordinate interview schedules.
- Participate in interview panels and provide thorough candidate assessments.
- Support the Talent Acquisition Manager with ad‑hoc projects and recruitment administration.
- Maintain the SmartRecruiters ATS, ensuring data accuracy and generating analytical recruitment reports.
- Act as a primary point of contact for candidates, promoting the company’s employer brand.
Required profile
- Degree in Human Resources, Business or a related field.
- 6‑9 years of end‑to‑end recruitment experience, preferably within finance or fund administration.
- Proven ability to design and implement sourcing strategies.
- Experience with equality monitoring processes.
Required skills
- SmartRecruiters applicant tracking system.
- Microsoft Office suite, especially Excel.
- Proficiency with resume databases and other HR/recruitment software.
