SEO Executive Champion

About the role

STM Consulting is seeking an SEO Executive Champion to drive organic growth for its iGaming digital platforms. You will develop and execute SEO strategies that improve rankings, increase traffic, and enhance the overall online presence across Google and AI‑powered search experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct keyword research and optimize on‑page elements such as meta titles, descriptions, headers, and internal links.
• Identify content gaps, collaborate with creators, and optimize existing pages for rankings, featured snippets, and AI‑driven SERP features.
• Lead off‑page initiatives, including outreach, backlink acquisition, digital PR, and local SEO support.
• Perform technical SEO audits, monitor Core Web Vitals, and work with developers to resolve crawl, indexing, and performance issues.
• Support GEO (Generative Engine Optimization) and AEO (Answer Engine Optimization) projects and stay current with AI search trends.

Required profile

• Analytical and detail‑oriented with a data‑driven mindset.
• Strong understanding of on‑page, off‑page, and technical SEO best practices.
• Ability to translate insights into actionable optimization plans.
