Services Consultant – Implementation Specialist

About the role

Dayforce is seeking a Services Consultant to lead new client implementations and upgrades of its Cloud HCM platform. You will work within project teams to deliver reliable, repeatable, and high‑quality solutions that help clients transition smoothly to Dayforce.

Key responsibilities

• Manage implementation projects from kickoff to go‑live, ensuring timelines, quality, and client satisfaction.
• Collaborate with internal and external resources to coordinate configuration, testing, and training.
• Conduct client interviews to perform needs, gap, and fit analyses.
• Translate business requirements into system configurations and custom solutions.
• Prepare clients for live payroll, provide first‑payroll support, and ensure a seamless hand‑off to the service team.
• Design and execute system integration and user‑acceptance testing, documenting results and resolving issues.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree.
• 2‑4 years of experience in customer service, consultancy, payroll processing, or project coordination.
• Exposure to basic project‑management principles.
• Strong analytical and logical thinking with the ability to work independently.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• Experience with SaaS/Cloud HRIS platforms.
• Basic knowledge of SQL, XML, and relational databases.
• Familiarity with systems such as Salesforce, SAP, PeopleSoft, JD Edwards, Kronos, Workbrain/Infor, Oracle HR/Payroll, etc.
