Social Media Manager – Content & Ads

About the role

InfluenceUP is a social media marketing agency serving SMEs across Mauritius. We are seeking a passionate Social Media Manager who lives and breathes social media, from content creation to paid advertising, to help our clients stand out online.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, create and publish engaging content for client pages on Facebook, Instagram and TikTok.
• Design, launch and optimise Meta ad campaigns, including boosts, audience targeting and budget management within Ads Manager.
• Monitor trends early, turning them into actionable content ideas for clients.
• Write compelling captions in Kreol, English or French that match each brand’s voice.
• Analyse performance data, extract insights and adjust strategies accordingly.
• Collaborate closely with designers, video editors and campaign managers to deliver cohesive campaigns.

Required profile

• Hands‑on experience with Meta Ads Manager, not limited to the boost button.
• Strong sense of what works on Facebook, Instagram and TikTok today.
• Excellent writing ability and a keen eye for content quality.
• Highly organised, able to manage multiple client calendars simultaneously.
• Curious, fast‑learning and always up‑to‑date with social media trends.
