Sound and Light Technician (M/W)

About the role

Club Med Resorts is looking for a dedicated Sound and Light Technician to join its Backstage team. You will work in spectacular venues, from mountain peaks to sandy beaches, delivering high‑quality audio and lighting for a variety of resort events.

Key responsibilities

• Provide music and lighting for all resort events, ensuring optimal sound and visual impact.
• Set up, test, and operate microphones, speakers, lighting rigs, LED screens and related equipment.
• Maintain equipment functionality and perform routine checks to guarantee reliability.
• Ensure compliance with Club Med health and safety standards.
• Collaborate with the Backstage team to transform shows into memorable experiences.

Required profile

• Rigorous and detail‑oriented, with a strong grasp of technical aspects of sound and lighting.
• Organised, able to prioritize tasks and manage actions efficiently.
• Passionate about creating magic behind the scenes while staying aware of safety and quality standards.
