Sound and Light Technician (M/W) – Resort Shows

About the role

Club Med is looking for a Sound and Light Technician to create memorable entertainment experiences across its resorts. You will work behind the scenes to deliver high‑quality music and lighting for a variety of events, from beach parties to mountain‑top shows.

Key responsibilities

• Provide music and lighting for the resort’s events and productions.
• Set up microphones, speakers, lighting rigs and LED screens, ensuring optimal configuration.
• Test and maintain all audio‑visual equipment to guarantee reliable performance.
• Ensure compliance with Club Med health and safety standards.
• Collaborate with the Backstage team to transform shows into immersive moments.

Required profile

• Rigorous and detail‑oriented, with strong technical knowledge.
• Organised, able to prioritize tasks and manage multiple setups.
• Comfortable working behind the scenes while understanding the impact on guest experience.
