Talent Attraction Specialist (Operations & Senior Roles)

About the role

Allianz Services is looking for an experienced Talent Attraction Specialist to join its People and Culture team. You will own the full recruitment lifecycle for operations, executive and senior‑level positions, driving both strategic sourcing and employer branding initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end recruitment processes, from sourcing and screening to offer negotiation and onboarding coordination.
• Develop innovative sourcing strategies for complex, niche roles and maintain a robust talent pipeline.
• Provide market insights on talent availability, trends and sourcing effectiveness.
• Build and nurture partnerships with universities, institutions and vendors, especially in French‑speaking African markets.
• Lead job fairs, open days and other recruiting events while acting as a brand ambassador.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
• Significant experience in talent acquisition, focusing on mid‑to‑senior level hiring.
• Proven ability to source for complex, niche positions and manage vendor relationships.
• Strong networking skills and experience working across diverse geographies, particularly French‑speaking African countries.
• Fluency in English and French.
