About the role
As the Talent Development Manager you will shape the learning and growth agenda for Allianz Services Mauritius, partnering with local and global stakeholders to drive workforce transformation and upskilling.
Key responsibilities
- Design and implement a local Talent Development strategy aligned with business and People & Culture priorities.
- Translate global frameworks into high‑impact, locally relevant programs.
- Analyse workforce trends, identify skill gaps and create targeted development initiatives together with HR Business Partners and Talent Acquisition.
- Lead the Growth Portfolio project, delivering leadership, functional and behavioural learning solutions.
- Oversee operational training programs, ensuring compliance and business relevance.
- Act as the liaison between local and global teams, sharing best practices and ensuring alignment with global talent agendas.
- Manage and develop a small Talent Development team, fostering a culture of continuous learning.
- Handle governance topics such as audit preparation, compliance plans and policy updates.
Required profile
- 7–10 years of experience in Talent Development, learning, succession planning and career pathing.
- Proven leadership experience within a local entity and ability to navigate a matrixed global environment.
- Strong project‑management capabilities and stakeholder‑management skills.
- Excellent consulting and communication abilities, fluent in English and French.
