Talent Development Officer

About the role

The Talent Development Officer supports the Constance Hotels Group by coordinating generic training programmes across all departments and helping department heads improve employee performance. Working within a vibrant luxury resort environment, you will ensure training initiatives align with the brand’s DNA and strategic ambitions.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain the monthly calendar for generic training activities.
• Monitor departmental training calendars and ensure alignment with the annual training plan.
• Develop and implement departmental training systems and oversee internal trainer processes.
• Coordinate with external training suppliers and the Constance Hospitality Training Center.
• Maintain accurate training records, produce monthly reports, and update the Talent Development Manager.
• Assist with course registration on the designated platform and manage grant registration and refunds.
• Support department trainers in session preparation, objective achievement, and monthly reviews.
• Maintain training equipment, library resources, and conduct new‑team member orientations.
• Evaluate on‑the‑job training and contribute to regional employee development initiatives.
• Assist in implementing corporate quality concepts at the employee level.

Required profile

• Undergraduate degree; additional training or certificates in a relevant field are a plus.
• Minimum of 1 year experience in the hotel industry.
• Experience in a top‑luxury resort is advantageous.
