Talent Management Specialist

About the role

The Talent Management Specialist will partner with business leaders to attract, develop, and retain top talent, fostering a high‑performance culture within the bank. This role combines recruitment, learning and development, and succession planning to ensure the organisation meets its current and future capability needs.

Key responsibilities

• Support end‑to‑end talent acquisition, including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, selection assistance, and onboarding follow‑up.
• Collaborate with managers to understand workforce requirements and align candidate pipelines with strategic goals.
• Design and coordinate learning initiatives such as training needs analysis, annual training plans, mandatory courses, and development programmes.
• Drive career development, internal mobility, succession planning, and leadership pipeline projects.
• Monitor and evaluate learning programme effectiveness, measuring participation, feedback, business relevance, and ROI.
• Promote a strong learning culture that enhances employee engagement, retention, and organisational capability.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Management, Psychology or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of HR experience, preferably within the financial sector.
• Knowledge of HR operations and payroll is an advantage.
• Proven stakeholder‑management, communication, interviewing, coordination, coaching, mentoring, and learning‑facilitation abilities.
