Technical Support Engineer – EMEA (Mauritius)

About the role

We are looking for a Regional Technical Support Engineer to join our Global Capability Delivery centre in Mauritius. The role supports critical front‑ and back‑office applications for the EMEA region, with a primary focus on the UKI and Channel Islands markets.

Key responsibilities

• Provide Level 2/3 support, advanced diagnostics, root‑cause analysis and permanent fixes for Paladign, Sylvan, TLM Aurora and Bloomberg.
• Manage incidents, coordinate with third‑party vendors and maintain production, UAT and DR environments.
• Act as the technical liaison between business stakeholders, global technology teams and external partners.
• Deliver application changes, enhancements and projects in line with ISO 20000, including impact assessment, functional/regression testing and release management.
• Drive digital transformation by migrating solutions to SharePoint Online, Microsoft Power Apps and Power Automate.

Required profile

• Proven experience in technical support for finance‑related applications.
• Strong understanding of ISO 20000 IT service management principles.
• Ability to work across multiple EMEA locations and manage high‑priority incidents.
• Excellent analytical and problem‑solving skills.
