Tele Agent

About the role

We are expanding our BPO team and are looking for motivated Tele Agents to deliver professional customer service over the phone. In this role you will handle inbound and outbound calls, provide clear information, and ensure a positive experience for every caller.

Key responsibilities

• Answer inbound calls and make outbound calls in a courteous and professional manner.
• Assist customers with their requests, queries, and issues.
• Provide accurate information and support according to company guidelines.
• Update customer records and log call details accurately.
• Follow established procedures and service standards.
• Contribute to team targets and overall performance.

Required profile

• Minimum HSC or equivalent qualification.
• Strong communication skills and a customer‑focused attitude.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment.
• Positive mindset and willingness to learn.
• Previous call‑centre or BPO experience is an advantage.
• Fluency in English; French is a plus.
