Tender Executive – Technical & Commercial Bid Specialist

About the role

Join the core of our client’s tendering function as a Tender Executive. You will lead the end‑to‑end preparation of technical and commercial bids, turning opportunities into winning proposals while ensuring strict compliance with deadlines and quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Tender identification and review
• Bid preparation and submission
• Technical coordination with internal teams and external partners
• Commercial analysis and pricing support
• Tender administration, reporting and record keeping
• Ensuring compliance with SHEQ (Safety, Health, Environment, Quality) requirements

Required profile

• Diploma or degree in Mechanical or Mechatronic Engineering or a related field
• Minimum 3 years of experience in tendering, bid coordination, or technical sales support
• Proven experience preparing technical and commercial proposals
• Fluent communication skills in French and English
• Ability to interpret technical specifications
• Strong analytical and numerical abilities
• Valid driver’s licence
